Cleanliness, attention, proximity, staff friendliness, honesty about the price, quick service, price, and fast internet. They fined me for a stained sheet with a coffee spot, which was expected and part of the cleaning duties; the sheet was old, costing no more than $2, yet the fine was about $6. There was no parking, even though they mentioned a parking spot.

The air conditioning is strong. There are no chairs in the room, making paperwork inconvenient.
