The location was good, but the property failed to provide basic amenities.

The staff were accommodating and managed to set up rooms for us upon arrival, offering useful local activity suggestions; the location is fairly good, within walking distance to a few small shops and restaurants, and the breakfast—toast, omelette, and fruit—was adequate. However, when we arrived the staff were unaware of our reservation, so they had to prepare the rooms on the spot; the bathrooms showed signs of black mould, one window lacked a handle and could not be closed, making the bathroom as humid as outside weather; the air conditioner stopped working intermittently, leaving us to rely on the fan, and the price was quite high for what we received.
