The location was good, but the breakfast could be improved.

A warm thank you goes to the front‑desk staff who were helpful and friendly; the room was nice and clean, the breakfast buffet was varied with fresh natural juices, a coffee capsule was available, and the rooftop pool was magnificent—highly recommended, and I’ll return next time.

The only bright spot was the smiling, available reception staff, but the maid came to collect towels and the bath mat without replacing them, one of two elevators was out of order for the entire stay requiring a stair climb to the reception with your luggage unless you knew beforehand, you had to drop your bags at reception before parking, and on my departure day, Saturday 11 July, the management decided not to serve breakfast, citing low customer numbers, leaving an empty buffet and forcing guests to order to get anything to eat—this will be my last stay.

The room was spotless and the rooftop was great, but the bathtub in the bathroom was instead of a shower.
