I loved this place. In a quiet spot, views overlook the river, fields and jungle from your room or shared balcony. It’s part of the bird sanctuary headquarters so if you care about wildlife and conservation, staff and volunteers can tell you about it. The owner also runs the only restaurant in the village and it was honestly the best food I have had in Indonesia so far. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but that’s only a minor thing.
