The place was very central and the breakfast was spotless and good, with no complaints at all.

The location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room.

The location was perfect—close to the train station and within walking distance of Venice’s heart—but it can get loud at times because of the water pipes.

The spot is IDEAL—just a 3‑minute walk from the train station down a quiet street, so you don’t have to haul luggage over the famous Venice bridges. You can stroll to St. Mark’s square or hop on a taxi boat that stops right at the station if you’d rather skip the walk. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, offering all the standard European hotel items with good quality and plenty of choices. The staff were helpful; I emailed ahead for restaurant suggestions and laundry options, and they replied quickly both times. In August it was hot in Venice, but the room AC worked great, which was essential for surviving those Italian summers. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and makeup.
