Everything you need is in the apartment, and the shared kitchen is also available. Getting to the center by bus (two lines) or walking takes 30 minutes. The owner is very approachable.

The stay was really pleasant! I found the room clean and welcoming, with every detail carefully tended. A special thanks to Claudio, who was always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. I felt welcomed from the very first moment. Highly recommended, and I hope to return soon!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was friendly and responded promptly and kindly to all our requests. Breakfast consisted of a croissant and coffee from a nearby café and was tasty. Although the location is close to bus stops, public transport comes at long intervals. I recommend renting a car because there is parking in the basement and the accommodation is near the city exit. We felt very good and if we have the chance, we will gladly come back.

Parking & Location: Around the residential complex there are fortunately plenty of free parking spaces, which is very convenient. Cleanliness & Equipment: Both the room and the separate bathroom outside were spotless and equipped with all essentials. Service: The host was very friendly and accommodating. Furniture & Comfort: The furniture is a bit dated. Especially the mattresses and pillows, we would like an upgrade for better sleep comfort. Noise & Sound Transmission: The rooms are unfortunately quite sound‑transmitting – you can hear noises from neighboring rooms and the air conditioners of adjacent rooms quite clearly. Value for Money: For the offered equipment we found the price a bit too high.
