The location was the best, though the rooms felt a bit cramped; there was no coffee or tea available in the kitchen.

The only advantage was the location—just 5 min to the beach and Gdynia’s main sights—and the price. Long‑term Ukrainian workers lived in the dormitory and stayed late in the kitchen, drinking and making a mess, which limited kitchen access, left no fridge space, and filled the kitchen with their leftovers. A separate fridge in the main hall would help, especially with so many rooms and extra guests. I lost a beer from the fridge 😔 and felt like an intruder, unsafe because of those men.

Excellent value for money, great hospitality, and a very central location. The owners are incredibly understanding and kind. Truly a 10/10! Thank you so much for everything—I had a wonderful time!

The location and smooth check‑in were fine, but the room had no fresh‑air access—no way to open the window. There was no bench to avoid sitting on the bedding, and nobody cleaned during our stay even though the hostel was fully occupied. The bathroom looked awful, with water leaking from the toilet across the whole room.
