“All good”

Breakfast was good and everything else was fine, but the AC made a little louder noise; it could be better.

The hotel was spotless and cozy, the breakfast was very good, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly; I got there after midnight, exhausted, and she made a perfect start to my visit. I didn't find anything I disliked.

“Fire alarm”

Everything was great, except for a fire alarm that went off at 2 am and the staff couldn't shut it down, claiming it was a joke.
