El equipo es muy simpático y la ubicación es muy central, pero nuestra habitación estaba al fondo y no se oía tanto, aunque en el edificio hay un local de fiesta que hace bastante ruido, así que si eres sensible al ruido no es lo mejor.

The staff was very helpful, always ready to arrange taxis and print documents, and I liked the apples at the reception desk ;>) The air‑conditioner in the bedroom works perfectly and looks well maintained, but every night we could hear some music from nearby restaurants and bars, though it didn't last too late.

“We will use Hippo again. It did not disappoint.”

Hippo sits right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great food spots and shops; Café Sofi served an amazing breakfast, and the parking—spacious, secure, and in the same building as the rooms—was a big plus, something you rarely find in the city. The room was above average, fully equipped, with solid Wi‑Fi, a fridge, and basic crockery and cutlery, which is a nice touch in a hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The Fat Cactus building next door can be noisy, but it shuts down at a reasonable hour, and we slept through it; being in the city centre, that kind of noise is to be expected and should be kept in mind.

“My second visit and I will be back, just love the experience.”

The breakfast vouchers were a delightful way to start each day, and we enjoyed our morning meals every time; the location feels safe, and crossing the street to a nearby restaurant is convenient. Everything else was excellent.
