I was treated great and they were very understanding and great customer service, but the pool and the environment left something to be desired.

It was very close to the venue I was at and the pool was fun, yet my room was supposed to be handicap accessible, the shower wasn’t accessible, and it was almost impossible to move the wheelchair and walker, though I managed it.

Hearing a baby cry next door and the TV being loud were the only downsides.

The hotel was within walking distance of fast‑food restaurants, but the carpet had stains—I'm very particular about my flooring—and unit 114 had too many for comfort, so I was too tired to request a change. The last time I stayed there, large spiders and cobwebs were on the walkway ceiling above my room; I requested a change for that one, but they do not let you see the room before booking it. I had to remove everything from the room back to my car, get a new key, pray it was okay, and move my stuff from the car to the room—an inconvenience I know of no other hotel that does. Normally you’re allowed to get the new key, check out the room, move your stuff with assistance from the front desk if needed, and then return the key in about 20 minutes tops. I told my partner that I’d prefer somewhere else next time, but he likes the pool area where he can smoke.

Clean, but parking access was an issue.
