How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were attentive and made the stay great! We ate at the restaurant several times and were very satisfied. The jungle expedition and village tour were awesome. Thanks to our guide – we recommend the hotel 100%! However, the rooms aren’t very sound‑proof and we sometimes felt warm even with the air‑conditioner on. There were also no curtains on the doors, so privacy was limited.

Cacao and Lily were the most helpful and kind hosts, guiding us from transportation to the jungle trek. Breakfast and dinner were very good, and the location is ideal for a jungle trek.

The staff and owners were very friendly. The view of the rice fields felt like home after a few days, and I really enjoyed it a lot! Thank you. The rooms weren’t very sound‑proof and the 4.30 am prayer was a bit disruptive, but that’s part of Sumatra 😁.
