“Still a good place. But not as good as previous 3 times experiences, staffs is much less responsive than previous.”

Good place, good environment, good food from The Pavilion and good pizza from the beach club. The facilities are old and lack maintenance; the wooden floor in the room is cracked and sharp, dangerous for kids. The 3‑pin plug in the room was malfunctioning, even though a technician fixed it once.

“A Treat at the Best Hotel of My Life”

The place is amazing, right next to the ocean and jungle, which made it super relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm and proud of what they did. Every Thai and Malay dish I tried at dinner was delicious. I didn’t book any activities beforehand, so I missed a few, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.
