I spent one night at this super hotel and it was very clean, quiet, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

“Sauber - ruhig - tolle Lage - unpersönlich!”

The location was great, only 2 minutes from the Rhine promenade—very quiet! The room and bathroom were very clean, offered two different pillows, and had a kettle for tea and coffee. However, because only one person handled breakfast and room cleaning in the mornings, the experience felt impersonal; check‑in and check‑out were done by email (code assignment), so the reception was never staffed. I felt quite left alone in the hotel. The breakfast quality was not very high, and the cold chain was broken—no refrigeration for sausage, cheese, or yogurt. The rolls and mini croissants were reheated. The term “breakfast buffet” was wildly overstated. A drinks/sweets vending machine would have been great.

“Zentrale und ruhige Lage in Bonn-Beuel. Wir würden wieder buchen.”

The central location in Bonn, 2 minutes to the Rhine and 10 minutes on foot to Beuel, was very quiet. The breakfast looked nice, even though we hadn’t booked it. The curtains were dirty and broken, and the windows couldn’t be fully darkened. The bathroom was okay. Overall, there were too few storage options—everything seemed “improvised” and unfinished. The underground parking was awkward to reach, and from the parking you couldn’t go directly into the stairwell; you had to walk around the building—no big deal, but… aside from the small shortcomings, we would book again.
