The location was very quiet and somewhat secluded, very clean, ideal for slowing down, and there was a large selection of books to read 😊, but the bed was a bit firm, there was no Wi‑Fi suitable for streaming, and the window had no blinds, so it got very bright in the room early in the summer mornings.

The owner is a sweetheart, and the other guests were welcoming enough to invite us to join their BBQ. The place itself was clean and lovely, and the village is quiet and beautiful. However, the postcode led us to a different village and house, so we had to locate the church on Google and it was next door. The private bathroom is in the hallway, and there was no breakfast available in the morning—maybe we misread the ad, but that was our mistake.
