Aesthetics, cleanliness, staff politeness. The AC was on censor mode in my room and did not work both nights; I had to call an electrician in the middle of the night. Breakfast was bad; I ordered an egg white omelette, stood at the egg counter, never got one on my table.

“nice place worth going back”

I’ve stayed here several times and the design is spot on, with staff who genuinely go out of their way to help. I chose the breakfast‑and‑dinner package, only to find dinner wasn’t a buffet, a detail that should have been highlighted so I could have made a different choice. The staff tried to make up for it, but the surprise still stood out.

This hotel is excellent in every way, especially the morning breakfast which is fabulous. If you’re staying, you must try the granola, freshly baked croissants, and the wonderfully made omelettes—one of the best and my favorite hotels in the city. Everything was great. Thank you.

“Wonderful staff and new and lovely hotel, great location and food.”

I felt right at home, thanks to the extremely hospitable and warm staff who ensured every need was met, even offering early check‑in a few hours ahead of schedule, which is unusual for a hotel. Breakfast was served daily with sandesh, something we casually requested and they made sure we received it each day. Chef Mandeep personally visited us after every meal to check in; his momos and Ema Datshi were delicious. The location is excellent, and the rooftop lounge is lovely for catching up with local friends. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here.
