Finding the hotel was easy and it’s close to the area we wanted. Unfortunately, all the ice machines were broken, the facility looked poorly maintained and in need of an upgrade, the breakfast area equipment was out of order, and the small fridge door was taped shut.

Flies and gnats were a problem, and someone burned food at 5:00 am, which triggered the fire alarm.

I’m disabled, and because of the fire in Brady my husband preferred that I stay on the lowest floor. The front‑desk lady was very helpful in securing a room on the bottom floor. The only downside was the lack of orange juice.

The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The rooms smelled awful, like feet and something rotten; the desk lady said she could do nothing, couldn’t move us to another room, even though the hotel wasn’t sold out. I definitely won’t stay here again.
