It was a unique place in a stunning setting, with very helpful staff. The dinner cost extra but was delicious. Everyone on the team was friendly and fun, leaving a lifelong memory. Nothing was missing; everything matched our expectations.

The staff were very friendly, especially at reception. I could pick from three room sizes for the same price. The hotel restaurant was great and inexpensive, the bedding comfortable, and the night was very quiet. However, the Wi‑Fi only worked at reception, not at the room door as advertised.

It was a special experience because the rooms were inside a cave house, but the shared bathrooms had no hot water.

The place was truly magical. The people who run it were amazing. Nothing to complain about.
