“Nice enough room, shakey management.”
Access to the beach was incredible, the AC in the room worked very well, the room was very clean, and the chairs for the beach were great, but the management seemed disorganized, gave us the wrong room code, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, the hotel manager after hours clearly had been drinking when we called for help with the wrong code, and the parking pass was not put in the room as promised; we had to try the office three times the next day to get one.
