The place was very good, clean, and comfortable; the owner communicated excellently and the bed was very comfy. The area around the hotel wasn’t ideal, but I know where I’m staying, so I can’t say that’s a problem.
Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV. The apartment was also very close to the metro, while still allowing us to explore most of Rome's main attractions on foot. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. The only downside was the surrounding neighborhood, but we were aware of that before booking, so it wasn't a surprise and didn't affect our overall experience
We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to get around. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly. They regularly checked in with us throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!
“Muy buen apartamento”
The apartment was great and the metro and bus stop were close by, but the bathroom smelled bad, as if there was a problem with the pipes.
“Largo ai giovani!”
The property sits on the fourth floor of a building very close to Roma Termini station, which is great for business travelers. Overall, the place is welcoming and has undeniable value in its furnishings, cleanliness, soundproofing, comfortable bed and pillows, and room dimensions. What disappointed me less were the lack of direct contact with a person in charge. From check‑in to check‑out everything is done via WhatsApp. Even the room access, though explained in a PDF sent through WhatsApp, isn’t immediate: every door you pass requires a code or a key (even for the elevator) or a bell‑opening system. It’s all easy, sure, but if you arrive tired or have to do it several times a day it becomes a hassle. I also note that between the first door, the second, and the elevator there are steps: no problem if you’re young or traveling with light luggage. Another drawback is the lack of daily housekeeping, which is an extra cost not clearly indicated at booking.
