The hotel was amazing; we loved the view, the region, and the quiet environment. Nothing to add.

It’s near the station but far enough from the noise. The staff were great, and two very nice men delivered breakfast on time. The viewpoint is peaceful, and Room A‑4 was very spacious with a deep soaking tub. My room didn’t have a direct view of Fuji, but it was cloudy, so that didn’t matter.

The staff were super courteous and helpful. The rooms were well designed and spacious, and the medicinal bath was a delight. Nothing else.

The staff were very friendly (on the day it was forecast to rain, we found a set of umbrellas in front of the door). The viewpoint on Fuji was nice, and the private onsen was a treat.
