Location is bear to airport. Staff were not friendly and the location of hotel is on 1st floor moving luggage was difficulty and staff demanded extra cash for Luggage movement. None these items were provided ,Towels, brush, comb,soap, shampoo, hot water. There were no windows, places were having cockroaches. Not recommended for families

The location is prime, right near Pallavaram signal and easy to reach; the toilet stand for keeping soap and other things may be provided.
The room was clean, but the staff asked for additional money.
“Bait and Switch to another property 2km away in the middle of nowhere”
I was baited and switched: I paid at the hotel, only to be told the original room was full and I had to go to another property; I was charged 30 % more for a room that was 2 km away from where I had booked and was in the middle of nowhere; it was late evening and I was exhausted finding another place, so I guess they swindled me; shout out to the caretaker at the alternative place, Syed—he was polite and helpful. The staff were not surprised by this arrangement and it seems to be the normal operating way of this hotel at this location.
