I booked a room with breakfast and dinner, yet after checking in they didn’t even give us water and I had to buy it outside. When I asked for breakfast, the staff told me to order online. They didn’t know what type of room we had booked. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and they didn’t provide a towel either.
