The location right on the beach is excellent, yet the price for room 8 at €149 (or €139 via Booking) isn’t justified despite the good spot in Etretat; the advertised 12 m² surface seems calculated oddly, as the space is so tight that a 40‑year‑old, 57‑kg person can only squeeze a single leg between the bed and the wall while contorting themselves—what about a heavier or mobility‑challenged guest? When one person stands, the other cannot pass; the pillowcase is stained and ringed, the bathroom is very small with minimal equipment, the floor slats toward the shower are heavily damaged with open seams—how is that possible in 2026? The VMC isn’t visible, water flow is weak, the toilet broom is very dirty, one bedside lamp is stained and the other is largely chipped. Photos are available.
