The hotel’s location is great in the city center, just steps from restaurants and shops. The staff are very courteous. The only drawback is that the hotel is on a high floor, so walking up is a bit tough.

The hotel sits close to Ella’s center with no noise at all :) The staff were super helpful and friendly, arranging everything we asked for. The pool and other facilities were very clean, though the internet connection was poor (not a big deal).

The swimming pool and view were fantastic, and the staff were lovely. There’s a short steep walk up to the hotel, but you get used to it and it’s worth it for the central location and great pool.
