The location was fine, but we never met any hotel staff. A housekeeper directed us to a room that turned out to be the wrong one (missing the sofa), and we didn’t know we could use the kitchen. The garden was locked for the entire stay and we couldn’t get in. The front door was never locked at night because no staff were on site. We ran out of toilet paper and the agency promised to send more multiple times before disappearing. The on‑site contact, Martín, never answered any messages and we never met him. Fireworks exploded next door every night and at exactly 6 am each morning. A loud repair was happening in the entryway right outside our room while we were trying to sleep.

It was very pretty, modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent—hot water came quickly and with great pressure.

The only good thing was the location. Overall maintenance is lacking: sheets and towels are stained, common furniture is in poor condition. I don't think it qualifies as a boutique hotel.
