I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, it was ruined by a rather disturbing experience. The hotel bed was incredibly comfy and soft, which was a highlight of my stay, but I was shocked to see two huge rats playing in the pool and gym area, and my daughter even spotted one roaming around the dining hall.
