The price was relatively low and the location was close to Nancy centre, which was convenient for a day in Nancy. Parking a motorcycle was awkward and the staff had no idea how to handle it in the hotel’s immediate surroundings. The shower smelled strongly of sewage, the breakfast room wasn’t very cozy, and the breakfast itself was sparse.

The price‑quality, location and parking options were good, but the lower part of the toilet bowl wasn’t clean—perhaps it had faded, but a new one would be better.

The place is very close to the centre and very affordable, but the bunk bed was hard to climb into and the mattresses are very firm.

Absolutely horrible hotel and staff. It's not worth your money. The rooms are so dirty you might catch a disease. I hated everything.The photos don't show what the rooms look like. They are dirty, dingy and truly disgusting. It felt like being in a prison cell. I wouldn't ever stay at this hotel ever. I left within 10 minutes of being there. The receptionist had an attitude and wasn't helpful at all when I asked for a refund. And quite frankly she lacked customer service. The receptionist and the cleaners where outside SMOKING cigarettes and having full on gossip instead of helping guest. All together very unprofessional. The hotel should be closed for it's low standards
