The structure is solid, the rooms were pretty good, and I liked the hotel’s security—only cardholders can use the elevator—and the cleaning was very tidy overall. What bothered me was arriving around midnight and being denied check‑in while I had to wait to see if Booking would cancel the reservation; I lost almost an hour in that situation, late at night, tired, along with my wife and daughter. The only response we got was that nothing could be done and we had to wait. If the reservation and payment details were already available, this could have been handled differently; it was exhausting. Another issue was Booking’s claim about an extra child bed (crib); Booking listed that option, but the front desk told me the hotel only offers an extra mattress, provided it’s requested at least one day in advance. That information is misleading because it doesn’t match what the hotel actually offers.
The coffee was decent.
“Pessima”
We were very disappointed from day one. On the first day, the room had multiple defects: the toilet didn’t fill properly, there were power outages, and the elevator broke, trapping me inside. When we returned to the room, the air conditioner stopped working. It was about 23:00 and instead of swapping rooms immediately, the staff insisted on calling maintenance. I had to request a room change because it was clear the issue wouldn’t resolve quickly. On the check‑in day, we had just arrived from a flight, went straight to a restaurant, and were exhausted; all we needed was rest. The second day, the elevator still malfunctioned, and my mother got stuck again—unacceptable after the previous day’s problem. The third day, breakfast only offered scrambled eggs; when we politely asked for a fried egg, we were told it would cost extra, which was surprising for a hotel of this class. At night, the air conditioner started leaking. I called maintenance; a staff member came, couldn’t fix it, had to return, and the AC still leaked. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time; I’ve had two bad experiences with Comfort (both about AC) and decided to give it a third try. Never again.
“FRUSTRANTE”
Breakfast was good, the location was fine, and there was a garage. My room and my kids’ rooms didn’t have hot water for showers. To use Netflix, you need a personal account. The toilets in both rooms are defective.
“NÃO RECOMENDO.”
Acho que o custo beneficio não vale, paguei 3 diárias que foram quase 1.000,00 por algo que não tem nenhum atrativo a mais, quarto comum, relativamente pequeno e sem varanda. Em férias procuramos conforto e novas experiências. VALOR. ATENDIMENTO NA RECEPÇÃO. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ BÁSICO
