The outdoor area had holes and my child fell, hurting her knee; no one helped and she still can’t walk properly, ruining our holiday. There was no security at the gate, so many strange people were around, and I didn’t understand what was happening. Sometimes the shower water was cold, and no one assisted us. There was no ironing board, so I couldn’t iron properly. Please have someone check on guests regularly.
