The staff are nice, the location is close to most of the sites we want to visit, and the room is clean and quite spacious.

“Superb location and value for money”

The hotel is tucked away from the main road on a charming side street full of local shops and restaurants. It’s within walking distance of all the local attractions, including Senardo Square (5 min), St Paul’s Cathedral (10/15 min), and Grand Lisboa Casino (15 min). The hotel was spotless and the lobby had a pleasant incense scent. The rooms had modern décor and all the equipment we needed. The AC was powerful and had a sleep mode that we found useful. Despite a slight language barrier, the staff were fantastic, always friendly and welcoming. The walls are paper‑thin, so we could hear every conversation from other guests in the hallway, which made it hard to sleep, especially when other guests were arriving late at night. The room was smaller than we expected, but that didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time outside the room.

“Good value, and excellent location with clean, comfortable rooms”

The spot is spot on, right in the middle of the main square and close to everything else. The team was super friendly, my room was spotless and cozy, the Wi‑Fi was great, and the lobby had free drinks that were nice.
