Our stay in Mathiveri was absolutely perfect; we enjoyed the island 100%, the hotel was very comfortable for our family, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the Wi‑Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The best part of Mathiveri is its people, especially the Lux Inn staff and owner Nawaz, who kept in touch with us from home and stayed supportive even after we left for another island. He arranged a speedboat for us on a Friday, even though Fridays are a day off in the Maldives and many services are closed. He was extremely helpful and responsive, simply a great person. At the hotel, Shamil took great care of us, greeting us on arrival, escorting us to the jetty, explaining everything about the island, available activities, and advising us on where and how to exchange currency at the best rates. He was very responsible and attentive. Special thanks also to Mohammad, another team member, who came to assist us late at night and always helped with our requests. We truly recommend this hotel and Mathiveri island—come, relax, and enjoy the incredible nature and ocean beauty here.
