The staff were amazing and friendly, and the location was great. However, the cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—was lacking. The ski/snowboard rental at Suiboku store was terrible: the bindings didn’t fit, and they couldn’t provide decent equipment even after I returned on the second day to swap gear. I’d give it an 8 if not for that rental experience; the hotel really needs better options for serious skiers and snowboarders.

This place is fantastic! The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the spot is spot‑on, close to everything local. We enjoyed a stunning view of Mt. Yotei, and the ski lifts were just outside our room. Nothing to complain about.
