Everything else was fine, except that I understand the security reasons, but calling me in the room to ask if I would pay an extra fee because someone accompanied me for a few minutes and then we left the hotel feels unacceptable. Tell me that if the person stays the whole night, or for more than an hour, and do it at checkout, not with a threatening and rude call, please. Train the staff on this, and they would earn a 10.

The service and attention were solid. The menu could use more options or variety of dishes.
