Great location, nice seating area upstairs, very clean, good clean kitchen, very quiet; the water pressure was very weak, so the toilet flush was strained; the fan was very loud.

They promise a kitchen schedule and should stick to it; the kitchen is supposed to open at 6 am, yet it never stayed open past 9 am, forcing us to go two mornings without breakfast, and on another occasion we had to leave all our food there because the host didn’t answer after five calls—truly poor service and little professionalism.

The rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent, and they even include a continental breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The price and quality are good, so I’d recommend it. The only downside is that a $100 municipal tax is added, which should be clearly listed in the billing details and mentioned by the hotel; otherwise everything is excellent.

The location is great, just 100 m from the sea and all the dive operators, and the staff are very friendly. The place is clean and tidy, and there was a small kitchen available, though I didn’t use it. The price‑quality ratio is good. The only negative is that there was no hot water; it’s not a problem in the heat, but I prefer a hot shower.

The spot is well‑situated with a balcony overlooking the street and the busy dive centers, and the communal kitchen was well stocked. The rooms felt stuffy because there was no airflow, and the fire behind the building filled the area with smoke and smoldered all night.
