“Don't expect a room”
The staff were polite, but we never got any of our rooms! It feels like the booking is only honored if you also book the Secret Tour. The sales pitch starts as soon as you book. We didn’t book the tour and our rooms disappeared. We arrived early to drop off bags as agreed, only to be told that check‑in was at 2 pm, not 12 pm as listed. When we finally checked in, we were told our rooms were no longer available. We were offered a place at a different hotel…oh really…thanks for that 🤣 If you do book, make sure to factor in the cost per person of the tour or risk not having a room.
