The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were great, and before leaving for breakfast they had prepared a complete picnic for us. The shower drain didn’t work well and there were no towel hooks; the room didn’t have a fan, but they did provide one.
The welcome was truly great, the spot is ideal, the room was very quiet, and on top of that there was a daily breakfast (not included) that was excellent. Even though the room was small, that wasn’t a big deal; we really liked it.
The staff were always attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were very good, the place was very clean, the room was pleasant and the Wi‑Fi was perfect, and the towels were changed regularly. Nothing to complain about 😍.

The location is undoubtedly in the heart of Ribeira Grande, and Mrs Francisca was very pleasant, greeting us with a big smile, preparing the eggs we’d bought for our hikes, and even doing the favor of running a washing machine for us. The accommodation itself is quite simple and, being alone at the time, seemed even more so, but given the location, the staff’s availability and the price, the overall balance is frankly positive.

The location, the quietness of the area, the super friendliness of the owners, the ease of communicating with them, the help in getting to the ferry and the routes… everything was amazing 😍. All was great 😊.
