“Very nice”
The staff were friendly and the grounds were nice, giving good value.

A lovely spot in a tiny village right next to Alberobello (7 minutes drive from the historic center) with spacious rooms. We stayed in a family room for four and an additional double room. The rooms were well furnished, including a full kitchen. The showers were excellent (very important to us), hot water flow was good, the family room had 2 showers and 2 toilets! The kids’ beds were real beds and not sofa beds—crucial for a long stay. Covered parking, closed behind a gate (you get a sign with the room keys). Full security! The garden is well kept with seating areas. The pool is there. Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden according to a menu you order the previous evening from the staff. Communication with the staff and the owner via WhatsApp was excellent. A great starting point for heading to any part of Polia. The price is excellent. There is also accommodation on the third floor in the complex. We slept in the “regular” rooms. Highly recommend. On the day of departure we left our bags in the room (in agreement with the owner) and drove to Alberobello to see the panoramic view early in the morning. We agreed to return by 11:00 am to return the rooms. We arrived at 10:30 am and our suitcases were already at reception and the room was being cleaned; we expected to enter the room to freshen up and use the bathroom before the trip, but that was not possible.

The room size is good, breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly. The garden and pool are pretty, and the location isn’t too far from the town center. The bed creaks a bit, and they didn’t provide water for two days.
A small, beautiful place with olive trees and parking! Alberobello is only 10 min to the sea, 30 min drive time! The breakfast is very modest but is even delivered to the apartment! The property is on a side street and passing tractors can make the cars very loud sometimes!

A cute, intimate place with a nice pool, located about ten minutes by car from Alberobello. However, the price per night is high. The establishment has no restaurant, the parking is quite small, and the breakfast is not very good.
