The hotel isn’t a 4‑star level; there’s no minibar, no option to buy water after 23 h, and the VMC isn’t quiet. It really needs a full renovation. For a campsite it might be fine, but for a 4‑star hotel that’s unacceptable. I blame Booking for the lack of transparency.

The dinner buffet was tasty, and breakfast was also good with plenty of choices. The room wasn’t clean, and the terrace had peeling wooden boards with loose screws that could cause injury. Maintenance was poor and the price‑to‑quality ratio was disappointing; the photos are probably from about 20 years ago.

The place was quiet and surrounded by greenery. The room was spacious and the buffet offered a wide range of high‑quality dishes. The pool was beautiful. However, the internet signal was weak, there were no mosquito nets, the reception was hard to find, and it should be clarified that it’s a village/residence, not a hotel.

The location was excellent and the layout was good. The room had been refurbished and was well decorated. The bedding was superb, and the balcony let me enjoy the sunshine. The setting was very pleasant. The windows were a little old.
