The family room is large. Breakfasts are good. It’s quiet at night. The sleeping area is well laid out. The infrastructure is well developed within walking distance. There is no lift. Cats in the restaurant and on the terrace make it hard to enjoy breakfast.

The spot was spot on for my personal needs, with plenty of shops nearby and a 10‑15 minute walk to two of Istanbul’s biggest malls. Everyone on the staff—especially Egemen and Ömer—was friendly, supportive and kind, turning our stay into something outstanding. The breakfast was top‑quality, featuring a variety of cheeses, breads, fruits, olives and jams. The only downside: the hotel would be perfect if it had an elevator.

Our stay was absolutely superb, surpassing every expectation. The rooms were stylishly furnished, impeccably clean, and the food fantastic. What really set the experience apart were Burak and Egemen, whose attentive, warm, and professional service made us feel at home from the first minute. They handled every request, gave great local tips, and were always ready with a friendly chat. Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Burak and Egemen, for unforgettable hospitality. We’ll definitely return.

I liked the room because it was large and the hotel had an outdoor pool. However, there was no safe or lockbox in the room.
