“Buena ubicación pero mucho ruido”

The location is great—just a stone’s throw from the center—but a bar right below makes sleeping impossible because of the noise. It’s a shame because the street itself is very quiet. The bed had a lot of hair, and the hot water didn’t work properly.

The spot is really well situated: cafés on the street and more stalls at night, with many places within walking distance, which is super convenient. The owner is friendly and responsible, and there are no time limits; you can leave and return with a password to get back into the building. One thing that could improve is checking the number of guests at check‑in to ensure enough bath towels and shower gel are stocked. The backyard garden is nice, but better maintenance would let guests sit there for a smoking area outdoors.

“Poco confortevole e pulizia scarsa, rumore notturno fastidioso”

The spot is great, close to the Waterfront so you can walk around in the evening. The room didn’t match the pictures – the headboard was missing, it was smaller than expected, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower still had hair from previous guests, the curtain was torn and stained brown, and the sink was risky to use because it could tip over. Cockroaches kept appearing. The biggest nuisance was the nighttime chaos from the bar below; it felt like guests were in the room, noises went on until 2 am, and early‑morning tours made sleep almost impossible. The reason we left the room for the last night (we had three nights booked) was a lack of water for about 20 hours, which meant we couldn’t shower after a day trip and suffered all the related inconveniences. The host’s only suggestion after a whole night without water was to use the guesthouse’s bathroom on the other side of the street, which was definitely inconvenient and uncomfortable for emergencies. Compared to the price we paid, especially with instant payment, other places with a slightly higher price offered much better comfort.

The place was dusty and stank; besides the roaches, there were little animals on the bed that left red spots on my skin, so I had to take antihistamine. After two nights we fled, and the owner wouldn’t refund the remaining nights.

The center of town and a nearby restaurant make it a solid stopover. The place feels like it hasn’t been lived in; it gives off a slightly scary vibe, as if it’s in an old part of town.
