The property itself is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially if you are allocated one of the newer rooms. Most rooms have a kitchen with basic kitchenware, and the manager was generally helpful when we needed something. However, my stay ended with a very upsetting and unacceptable experience. On the last day of my stay, my expensive watch with diamonds went missing from the room. I left it in the bathroom before checking out. There is also CCTV/security camera footage showing that I entered the room wearing the watch and later left the room without it, carrying all of my luggage. The housekeeping staff entered the room immediately after I left, and they could see that I was checking out and would not be returning to the room. The manager reviewed the footage and tried to help, but unfortunately the hotel owner refused to take responsibility or properly assist with the situation. Instead, she suggested that I may have misplaced the watch in my luggage, which felt extremely dismissive and disrespectful given the circumstances. I also reported the incident to the police, but since I had to leave Phuket the same day, the matter was not properly resolved. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Although the property itself is nice, I did not feel that my belongings were safe, and the way the situation was handled by the owner was very disappointing
