How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Our room was lovely—nothing like a 5‑star hotel, but that wasn’t what we were after. It was nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everyone was kind and helpful, answering our questions about the property. We were sad when it was time to leave. I got a mineral bath that was exquisite; it relieved my aches after an hour soak and left my mind calm. My husband enjoyed his round of gold, and we also found The Island Spout very interesting.

I go every year and this property brings back old‑time Saratoga vibes. The staff and location are great, and the Performing Arts Center is within walking distance. You can walk to the pool and golf course, and the shuttle picks you up from many sights you can visit. I can’t wait to go back. The hotel itself is great, but the rooms could use a little TLC.

Convenient location, pleasant staff, and beautiful grounds. No guest laundry service on site, and we got absolutely soaked at the concert venue and couldn’t dry our clothes.
