The address listed was wrong, pointing to a completely different part of town. I was first checked into a room without air‑conditioning and no window, even though I had booked with AC. After I raised the issue, they moved me to another room that had AC and a window. The room was filthy: there were other people's hair on the floor, the bedding was dirty, and the window itself was grimy. The window had holes, letting in street noise and pigeons that would perch and defecate right outside. The toilet leaked, the dust from the window in the bathroom had never been cleaned, and the shower was non‑functional – a pipe from the ceiling without a shower head, so I had to wash under a tap with a bucket. When I checked out they asked me to pay extra for the AC room, and no one listened to my point that I had booked with AC.
