The location was great with a spectacular view and right on the beach. Janis, at the gate, was an exceptional person, always welcoming and had a real concern for us as we came and went throughout our stay.

The location was good, close to the ferry to St. John, groceries, and other restaurants. The beach was lovely and not uncomfortably crowded. Beach chairs were provided at no extra cost. The onsite bar and restaurants were nice. The unit was poorly maintained (broken or missing toilet paper holders, door handles). The kitchen was poorly equipped—no pans for baking, no measuring cups, limited cooking utensils. The mattresses were old, very soft (uncomfortable) and needed to be replaced.

The property was fantastic—amazing views, two balconies that were a real perk, and a quiet, relaxing vibe. The staff were easy to reach and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Safety feels like a priority here, which I love, and I’ll definitely be back at least once a year. I want to stay in the same condo again because it was amazing! I loved everything about this condo and marina.
