The male staff were extremely rude, and even though they were inexperienced, their handling of the parking lot and key‑lock was sloppy. I never received any emails with parking directions or the keypad code. Dust accumulated on the corners of the room and tables, and hair fell everywhere. Most annoying was the overabundance of “don’t make noise” signs; I felt the place should not be rented out at all. The price was fixed because I couldn’t choose a pre‑toddler or pull‑tab option, so when I asked, they said “you can’t choose, so the price stays the same.” Worse, all windows were shoji screens, showing that they hadn’t thought about the guests at all. The anime‑themed signage was also scarce, so I had to ask about it. The path to the parking lot was narrow and the lot itself was cramped; large cars couldn’t fit and you had to walk. The futon was too thin, and there were no slippers for the toilet. The bath area was so confusing, with no doors or partitions, making it feel like a love hotel next to the living room, and the room was just a row of bath, living room, and bed without any separation. There was no hospitality at all for the guests in this whole‑house rental. I’ve never seen such a sloppy whole‑house rental before, and I was shocked. I’ve never had a bad experience before, so I really wish I’d gone elsewhere. I don’t recommend it.
