We had an amazing stay at this hotel; it’s my second visit and it’s always so cozy and clean—cleanliness is key for me, and everything was immaculate. The spot is great, close to everything, and the building itself is beautiful. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Kamal, the bellman, always greeted us, asked if we needed anything, and made sure we were comfortable, even handing us umbrellas when it rained. The receptionists were also fantastic and hospitable. The restaurant offered many options and was lovely. Elbariz, the restaurant manager, was incredibly welcoming and always gave us top recommendations. We even returned to our room twice to find dessert plates waiting as a welcome treat, a thoughtful gesture that made us very happy. Samir, the supervisor, was extremely helpful, constantly recommending the best restaurants, top cities, and activities in Azerbaijan and even giving us directions.
