Great location, fantastic, fresh and varied breakfast prepared with care and pleasure, a very comfortable bed, and the real highlight is the communication with the staff, their kindness and availability.
The Riad sits 5 minutes from the main square on a safe, quiet street. The location is fantastic. The staff were outstanding—friendly, open to answering any questions, and always ready to make our stay easier. The Riad felt like a true oasis amid the chaotic medina.

We loved the location of this Riad, just one street from the souks and 3 minutes on foot from Jema El Fnaa, yet it remains very calm—an actual haven of peace. Breakfast is very good and the cooked dishes in the evenings are excellent. The pool and jacuzzi are a real bonus with the heat of the region. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Said, whose kindness is extraordinary and who will advise you on any questions you have. We’ll come back without hesitation on our next visits to Marrakech.

The Riad Carllian turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip to Marrakech. Its spot is perfect—just a 4‑minute walk from the square, yet the Riad itself feels like a peaceful oasis. It’s beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. Said and Saida’s service is unbeatable; they helped us a lot, always attentive, offering navigation tips with a smile. We’ll definitely return and recommend it. We felt right at home. The courtyard pool is a delight, and the rooftop jacuzzi helped us relax and get a nice massage. They also make breakfast convenient.

All the Riad’s services were excellent: Wi‑Fi, the amazing breakfast every morning, the staff’s attention, the recommendations… because of availability, they offered us a superior room with a jacuzzi bath. The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, and there’s no noise—an oasis in the Medina. The entire staff’s service was impeccable, always looking out for us to make the stay more enjoyable.
