The toilet and air conditioning were fine, but the bed cover was unclean, towels and soap were missing, and I never received the final discharge bill; the staff wouldn’t give me a bill and said it would arrive by mail, yet they insisted on payment on the spot and wouldn’t accept online payment via the link sent to me.
The location was good, but the hotel staff asked for extra money at check‑in because they claimed no rooms were available; I’d already paid half to confirm my booking, yet they demanded an additional 500 as an increased room charge, gave me a room without a lock, and there were used condoms in the toilet bin.
