All is very good

The staff were courteous and professional, acting with exemplary conduct. However, the washroom was in a pathetic state—extremely dirty and foul‑smelling. The slippers supplied were cheap and dangerously slippery; I slipped twice and could have been seriously injured. Worse still, there was no 24‑hour water supply, which is completely unacceptable. The food quality also fell below expectations and was not up to the mark.
