Clean bathrooms, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful garden setting overlooking the Memele river in an historic part of Bauska. Host family was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of a widespread power outage. Our host Andris was very helpful and drove us to the only functioning supermarket to get supplies. Highly recommended

I stayed at this spotless, quiet guesthouse and found the kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need, plus a washer and dryer. The garden is huge and beautifully decorated with creative touches, stretches all the way to the river, and offers plenty of cozy spots. The property sits in a well-preserved historic district worth exploring. A pleasant riverside walk leads to Ordensburg Bauska, and the magnificent Rundāle Castle is just a ten‑minute drive away, easily reachable by bus. A big thank‑you to the exceptionally friendly, accommodating hosts for the stay and for the engaging, informative conversations! Unfortunately, I could only stay for four nights.
